They sell prepaid Visa cards.. I think you can buy them at your bank or the store. You can use them anywhere until the money runs out. Best Wishes!

Yes they are called prepaid cards. You put a certain amount of money and work just like debit cards.

Never heard of a %26quot;debt card%26quot; is that a card to get you out of debt or something?!

Greendot card is your solution. It is a reloadable prepaid card that can be used like a debit card. You can check your balance online and reload it any time. The card cost about $5.95 but you can use it until it expires, which is about 3 years. You can purchase the actual card at a store near you in the gift card section and reload it with cash or credit card. I added a link for you on source.

If thats not what you are looking for try searching for %26quot;prepaid reloadable visa giftcard%26quot; on google and there should be many more options

You could have them purchase your a prepaid card at the gas station, grocery store or your local bank. Some of these are reloadable, some are not. If it is it would have to be done in person, I believe.

If that would not be convenient you can sign up for Paypal and there is a way to get a business debit card through them. Then have whoever is giving you money send it directly with Paypal. Paypal takes a percentage.

The third option with probably the least amount in fees and the most convenient would be for both of you to sign up for Obopay. www.obopay.com. You can send money directly from your cell phone. So you both sign up and they can send you money with it. I%26#039;d give my link to refer you but you don%26#039;t need it. They%26#039;re also doing a promotion to where they give you money to sign up and to refer. Not important but it%26#039;s $10 free.

Yea, I know, sounds like I work for obopay, but I don%26#039;t. If you review thier fees(like .10 per transfer) compared with Paypal%26#039;s percentage. They%26#039;re less expensive. Downsides: It takes about 2 weeks to get your card and another few days and a call to customer service to get it activated. Customer service hours suck.
